Russell Taylor spent his career in investment banking at Credit Suisse in New York and Greenhill in London before moving to the buy side at Treïs Group, a €300M growth equity fund investing €10–30M tickets across Europe.
After years screening deals, running outreach, and building pipeline from inside investment teams, he founded SearchLoop to solve the origination bottleneck with purpose-built AI systems for acquisition teams.
